These terms apply to all services offered by Astras Viesion ("we", "us"), operated by Bishnu Priya Patra (sole proprietor), Bangalore, Karnataka.

1. Services

We provide numerology, astrology and Vastu consultations, and design services (logos, business names, visiting cards) based on numerology principles. Each service includes only what is listed on our Services & Prices section at the time of booking.

2. Nature of guidance

Numerology, astrology and Vastu are traditional guidance practices. Our advice is for guidance only and is not a substitute for financial, legal, medical or professional advice. We do not guarantee any specific financial, business, health or personal outcome.

3. Bookings and payment

Services are confirmed once payment (or the stated advance) is received through Razorpay. All prices are final. GST is not charged, as we are not GST-registered.

4. Client information

You agree to provide accurate details (names, dates of birth, business details). Results depend on the accuracy of the information you share.

5. Design work and ownership

Revision rounds are limited to those stated for each service. On full payment, you receive the final design files for your business use. We may show completed work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

6. Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page at the time of booking applies to your order.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka.
