Refund & Cancellation Policy

Before work starts

If you cancel before we begin your analysis or design, you receive a full refund.

Consultations and reports (Logo Energy Audit, Personal and Business Numerology, Vastu): no refund once the session has taken place or the report has been delivered.
Design services (Scientific Logo, Visiting Card, Brand Energy Kit): if you cancel after concepts have been shared, the advance covers work completed and is non-refundable; any balance not yet paid is not charged.

You can reschedule a consultation once, free of charge, with at least 24 hours notice.

Because guidance practices do not guarantee outcomes, refunds are not given on the basis of expected results not being achieved.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
